Uno dei piatti preferiti di mio marito erano le capesante ed era sempre un'occasione speciale quando le cucinavo per lui, con la mia ricetta semplice e delicata che ne valorizza il sapore. Oggi, per il suo compleanno, gliele avrei sicuramente cucinate.

One of my husbands favourite dishes were the scallops, and it was always special when I cooked them for him, with my simple and delicate recipe that gives value to their own taste. Today, for his birthday, I would have certainly cooked them for him. 

Happy Birthday to Roberto, who would be still young, creative, and full of ideas. He would cheer us all up with his dry irony!
