Today we would like to share with you our discovery of
two unmissable Italian restaurants, which all lovers of good food and of fresh
ingredients must visit!
Il primo è la davvero
eccellente trattoria "La Tana" a Toscolano Maderno (Brescia) sul
Lago di Garda. Qui consigliamo calorosamente di gustare il loro squisito mix di antipasti della Tana e di farvi consigliare dal gentile staff sui piatti del giorno. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di gustare il loro delicatissimo persico al burro e salvia e altre prelibatezze!
The first restaurant is the excellent "La Tana" in Toscolano Maderno, a town near Lake Garda in the north of Italy. Here we strongly suggest you to try their mix of antipasti and to ask for advice to the very kind staff regarding the dish of the day. We were lucky enough to try their exquisite sage perch and other delicacies!

Il secondo è l'Agriturismo
"Sa Bingia" a Villasimius in Sardegna (Provincia di Cagliari), dove
vi sarà proposto un menù fisso sui 32 Euro e gusterete, fino allo sfinimento, pietanze locali, fresche, prelibate, cucinate alla perfezione. Impossibile finire l'abbondante susseguirsi di
piatti gustosi! Ma niente paura, se chiederete, potrete portarne un po' anche a casa per
rivivere questa esperienza gastronomica anche il giorno dopo!
The second is the
Agriturismo "Sa Bingia" in Villasimius (in the south of
Sardinia, not far away from Cagliari), where you will be offered a fixed menu
for around 32 Euros and you'll taste some deliciously fresh and
well-cooked local dishes to your heart's content! Finishing all
the exquisite treats on offer is indeed an impossible undertaking, but do
not fear: you'll be able to ask to to take some home with you to repeat this
culinary experience, once again, the following day!
